Toric Tourbillon 40
The Toric Tourbillon 40 men's watch by Parmigiani Fleurier is powered by a Parmigiani-built PF354 movement equipped with the two most desired complications: a chronograph and a tourbillon.
The beauty in a tourbillon is not only in the difficulty to build, but also in the sheer accuracy in keeping time by eliminating the effect of gravity. The tourbillon is located at the six o'clock position can be admired through the front or back of the case, at the bottom of the dial. It is also endowed with a 1/4 second chronograph, enabling for precision timekeeping by the wearer.
The dial of the Toric Tourbillon 40 is openworked and houses the chronograph's 30-minute counter in the three o'clock position and a small second dial at nine o'clock. The movement, dial and complications can be viewed on either side of the large 46mm rose gold case through the sapphire crystal front and back.
