Ref. 5270 Perpetual Calendar Chronograph
An incredible watch with timeless aesthetics, the Ref. 5270 is among the coveted watches released by Patek Philippe at Baselworld 2014. Patek Philippe is known for many things, but they may be best known for their incredible Perpetual Calendar Chronograph.
The Ref. 5270 is powered by a caliber CHR 29-535 PS Q movement, a fully in-house movement developed by Patek Philippe. The 41mm case elegantly displays the day, month, leap year, and day/night indications giving this timepiece a more modern look. This timepiece features manually wound movements with a chronograph hand and 30-minute counter. The dial has a very classic yet sleek look with its silver opaline dial and black oxidized hour markers.
Inspired by their earlier models chronograph pushers resemble the same shape as Patek Philippe chronographs from the 1940s and 1950s. This timepiece features a sapphire-crystal window to show the movement but also comes with a solid caseback.
The Patek Philippe Reference 5270 is brilliantly styled with a 41mm 18k gold case, black leather strap, and is available with two dial colors:
