1940’s Patek Philippe Calatrava Ref. 1597R [Sold]

This rare and unusual vintage Patek Philippe Ref. 1597R is very sharp in 18k rose gold with a clean silver dial, and large for its era at 35mm. This watch was just serviced and includes a slim black Patek box and tag.
