The Luminor 1950 10 Days GMT
Model No: PAM270
This timepiece from Panerai’s Contemporary Collection is wonderfully crafted and has numerous desirable complications for watch enthusiasts. It is equipped with Panerai’s P.2003 calibre automatic movement which was designed and is assembled in-house at Panerai’s watch labs in Switzerland. This movement is as powerful as it is large; consisting of 296 components and 25 jewels. The P.2003 features a power reserve of ten days which is made possible by the use of an intricate three barrel system. The remaining power is displayed on the dial, above the 6 o’clock positon, in a scale display similar to a vehicle’s fuel gauge. It has numerous other functions including GMT functionality, allowing it to display two time zones at the same time, among others. The P.2003 movement and the dial are housed in a 44mm brushed steel case and which connects to the thick brown alligator strap.
